Do we sell retail?
No, we do not sell directly to individuals. We are strictly wholesale to the trade. This means you do not have to compete with us for your customers! If you are an individual who would like to find a local dealer who sells our products, please contact us and we will locate a local dealer for you.
Do we have samples of our products?
We have samples of all our products available for various costs. Please use the Sample Order Form to order any samples and the Warranty section of the Customer Manual for reference.
What is the average lead time on an order?
The average turn-a-round time on an order is 5-7 days as long as the material is in stock. This can vary depending upon size of order, delivery options and window coverings ordered.
Do we provide installation services?
We currently do not offer installation services; however, we are working on providing this service in the future. Please subscribe to our announcements to keep up to date with us!
Do we deliver?
We provide free delivery with a $500 minimum in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. If your order does not meet the minimum of $500, the delivery fee is $50.
Do we ship?
We can ship any order anywhere in the world at your expense. We can arrange the shipping and determine the cost for you or you can arrange the shipping and provide the information to us. This cost is determined at the time of order completion.
Do you accept phone orders?
To ensure accuracy of your order, we do not. Please utilize one of our order forms and either fax it to 602-995-7157, or email them to orders@homedecorwf.com.
