We know that quality is a priority and you do not want
to spend your time dealing with problems or
unhappy customers. We also know that it is
not enough to claim to provide quality products,
you have to prove it. In this dayand age you
have to back up that claim with a warranty
to your customer. HOME DECOR goes
beyond that. We have an on-staff service
technicianwhose job is to troubleshoot any
and all problems that may arise.
Our technician is available to handle such problems by phone, at the factory,
or even in the customer's home

DELIVERY:
We know customers can be quite demanding when it comes to window coverings.
New home owners are anxious for privacy. Home owners are always looking to
upgrade old blinds and are anxious to improve the look of their home.
We also understand that in Arizona there is a big demand to control light and heat
in a more efficient manner. To address this need, there is a HOME DECOR
brand faux wood, bass wood and vertical blind that will meet these demands.
Our usual turn around time is three to five days on items that we manufacture and
fifteen to twenty days on items we distribute. Periodically, certain products may
be on back order. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone or fax as soon as
possible.

COST:
We are aware that cost will be a big factor in your decision to carry the HOME
DECOR product line. Our products are very competitively priced when
compared to Other quality products. It is our goal to always provide
the best price without compromising quality.

RESPONSIVE:
We realize that the market is constantly changing and in order to continue to
help you grow we must be responsive to these changes.
We will continue to add and delete colors and patterns that will reflect
the current trends. You can count on HOME DECOR to help you stay on top and
ahead of the needs and desires of your customers.

WARRANTY:
HOME DECOR guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
This type of warranty is extended to the homeowner only.
HOME DECOR will replace or repair any or all defects which originate during
the manufacturing process.

WARRANTY WAIVER:
There are times when customers will insist upon ordering a product different from
our manufactures recommendations. HOME DECOR asks that they sign a
warranty waiver stating that they understand the blind will be manufactured outside
factory recommendations and therefore will not be covered under warranty.
HOME DECOR reserves the right to bring any blind back to the factory for
repair or inspection if the repair can not be made at the job location.

*PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER THAT IF A BLIND NEEDS
WARRANTY SERVICE IT MAY HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE
HOME DECOR FACTORY.

GUARANTEE:
If there is a problem with any of HOME DECOR products, our service technician
will be available to answer all questions by phone, fax, or in person.
There is no charge for a service call if one is required, providing our service
technician finds that it is a manufacturing problem. If our service technician finds
the problem is not related to the manufacturing of the product; i.e. improper
installation or customer error, you will be charged a trip charge of $50.00

ORDERING:
All orders must be faxed to the HOME DECOR factory before 10:00am to be
consistered an order for the day. Order confirmations will be faxed back the day
we receive the order . HOME DECOR will provide you with our vertical and
horizontal order forms.

WEAR and TEAR :
All fibers deteriorate from exposure to the sun and all cords eventually wear out.
When left for extended periods of time in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow and
crack. These things are considered normal wear and tear.

PAYMENT:
Customer agrees to pay all invoices upon receipt.
There is a 15 day grace period from the invoice date.
Items remaining open after the 30 day period will be charged interest at a
periodic rate of 1.5% monthly. Any payment received by HOME DECOR
which is returned by the customers' bank as NSF, Refer to Maker, Account Closed
or for any other reason will require the customer to pay a service charge of $35.00.
The unpaid balance may be, at the discretion of HOME DECOR,
subject to interest and penalties as described above.

SAMPLES:
The HOME DECOR vertical sample deck, faux wood sample deck, and
bass wood sample decks are $10.00 each. Faux wood and bass wood
hand sample decks are available for $15.00 each.
Showroom samples of HOME DECOR fabricated products will be made
available at no charge when measured by your sales representative.
